Program Requirements:

Real Estate Investments

  • Property Purchase: Invest in a property worth EUR 350,000 (or EUR 300,000 in South Malta or Gozo).
    • Purchased Property: Contribute EUR 28,000 to the Maltese economy.
  • Property Lease: Alternatively, lease a property for EUR 12,000 per annum (or EUR 10,000 in South Malta or Gozo) for at least 5 years.
    • Leased Property: Contribute EUR 58,000 to the Maltese economy.


Additional Costs:

  • Charitable Donation: Donate EUR 2,000 to a registered non-governmental organization.
  • Administration Fee: Pay a non-refundable fee of EUR 40,000.
