CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT

Grenada

Famously dubbed the Spice Island for its abundant array of locally sourced spices, Grenada boasts one of the Caribbean’s most enchanting coastlines, with citizenship starting from USD 235,000.

Program Overview

The Grenada Citizenship by Investment Program was launched in 2013 under the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Act regulations. Qualified investors and family members can apply for citizenship and enjoy visa-free travel.

Program Benefits

The Grenada program offers the following benefits:

  •         Inclusion of financially dependent children under 30, parents, differently-abled children, and siblings under 18 of the primary applicant or their spouse.
  •         Applicants are not obligated to travel to Grenada during the application process, and no interview, education, or managerial experience is mandated.
  •         Visa-free access to more than 140 countries, including the Schengen zone, the UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, and others.
  •         The E-2 Visa Program signed between Grenada and the United States allows citizens of Grenada to operate a substantial business in the U.S. and reside therein.

Program Requirements:

The government has implemented a citizenship-by-investment program to stimulate economic growth, attract development, increase foreign direct investment, support infrastructure development, and promote a sustainable future. Investors can choose from multiple options to qualify for the program and take advantage of these benefits.

Real Estate Investment

The real estate investment pathway to citizenship requires a minimum purchase of USD 270,000 in a government-approved project, supplemented by a non-refundable contribution of USD 50,000. To maintain eligibility for resale to future citizenship investors, the property must be retained for five years. Otherwise, investors are free to sell their property at any time.

National Transformation Fund Donation

Applicants can qualify for citizenship by making a minimum non-refundable contribution of USD 235,000 to the National Transformation Fund (NTF), covering single applicants or families of up to four.
